Hombres Adventures  (henceforth referred to as "Hombres") is the  trade name of this  business, operating in Ontario, Canada and providing service, to residents of The United States and Canada.   This Policy is intended to provide you-our customer, clarity and comfort as to how we protect your privacy and how we manage the information you provide to us or that we obtain in respect to your participation on our adventure.   It describes how Hombres  collects and uses your personal information through our Website, through email, text, other electronic and written communications between you and Us.

The use of our Website is permitted only to persons 21 years of age or older. If we become aware of information provided to us by a person under the age of 21, we will remove that information and block access to that person.

Further to the above, if we discover any person  who is permitting access intentionally or failing to employ adequate guards to prevent access to another person who is under the age of 21, we shall remove access to the person providing such access.

We provide our products and services only to persons who are at least 21 years of age.  No person under the age of 21 shall be permitted to purchase our products or services or participate in any of our Hombres Adventures or events.   If we become aware of purchases made by persons under the age of 2, we will cancel that sale.

Such information may included but is not limited to:  Pictures, Videos, testimonials, endorsements, comments on social media. We will not sell that information to other parties and will not authorize the use of that information by others. However, we cannot prevent access to those postings, to others who are duly permitted to enter those areas  and cannot be responsible for the unauthorized viewing or use of that information by others.
